Driving Directions & Details
The Knights of Columbus Mikulski Hall (K of C) 509 Schertz Pkwy, is located in the City of Schertz, which is 7 miles north of San Antonio and 16 miles south of New Braunfels off of IH-35.
From IH-35 North: Take Exit 174B and go East on Schertz Pkwy for approximately 4 miles, the K of C will be on the right just past the Schertz Library (on the left).
From FM78 (north or south): Turn west onto Schertz Pkwy for approximately a quarter of a mile, the K of C will be on the left-hand side of the road.
From I-10: Exit 591 (FM1518) and go approximately 5 miles to FM78 and turn right (north) on FM78. Turn left (west) onto Schertz Parkway at the light, cross the railroad tracks, then follow Schertz Parkway for approximately a quarter of a mile and the K of C will be on the left.
For your convenience, the K of C will have a food bar open serving breakfast, lunch, and snack items, as well as hot and cold beverages for purchase.
TABLES
8’ x 30” tables are available for rent at $60 each.
The Knights of Columbus Hall is a well-maintained facility and we would like to help them keep it that way. In order to help keep the building in tip-top shape, the K of C has asked us to comply with the following:
- No open flames.
- Tables must be covered in order to protect the table tops.
- Do not affix items to the walls.
- Do not slide items across the floor, please lift and move.
- Electrical cords on floors must be covered with a rug or mat (do not use tape).
- Exit doors and A/C returns must remain clear.
- Table(s) must be 3 feet from walls.
- No Parking in Fire Lanes.
- Smoking is not permitted in the building or within 50 ft of doorways.
- Do not leave loading doors propped open, please close doors when not in use to help keep heating/air conditioning costs down.
Reservations
You may reserve a table(s) by contacting Christopher Denham by telephone (210-843-6012) or by e-mail (alamocitymilitariaexpo@gmail.com). You may also make a reservation for the next show during set-up day or on the day of the show by speaking with one of the promoters at the front desk. Because of high demand for tables, we strongly encourage you to make your reservations and payment as soon as possible. We sell out of tables at least two months in advance of the next show.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal, Check, Money Order or Cash. Cash payment is accepted in-person only. If paying by Check or Money Order, please make payable to Christopher Denham and mail to:

Cancellations
We understand that situations arise and that there are circumstances that will prevent you from attending the show. Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be unable to attend so that we may make table(s) available to other vendors. If cancellation is made no less than 2 weeks before the show, you will receive a full refund. No refund if cancellation is made with less than 2 weeks notice.
SET UP
Dealer set-up is the day before the show from 2pm-7pm, as well as the morning of the show from 7am - 9am. When you arrive please check-in with the promoters at the front desk in order to receive your show badge(s) and table assignments. The main loading and unloading area is in the back of the K of C hall through the double doors and there are also several side doors available for loading and unloading. However, please note that these side doors are a standard single size. On the day of the show, we ask that dealers please park in the rear parking lot in order to reserve the front parking spaces for your customers.
Building Security
The building has an alarm system and a City of Schertz police officer will provide overnight security.
Vendor Considerations
Because we want to make this an enjoyable show for both dealers and customers alike, we ask the following of our sellers:
- Please do not intentionally misrepresent the age or origin of your items.
- Please price your items.
- Please take time to talk/educate young and new collectors as they are the future of this hobby.
- No offensive political / racial / religious / or sexual explicit material.
- No Firearms or Live Ammo - including pyrotechnics / fireworks / tasers / stun-guns.
- No automatic, switchblade, or butterfly knives per City of Schertz Ordinance.
- We ask that all items being sold be Military or Paramilitary related (Police, Fire, EMS, Scouts, Military Toys, Models, etc.).
- For customer courtesy PLEASE NO EARLY TEAR DOWN.
ADVERTISING
We advertise the show through Facebook, online forums, newspapers, and direct mailing of our postcards.
